Here we are at the strawberry farm. It was very muddy- due to all the rain!
James helped me make strawberry freezer jam (the little jars stacked on the table). He was a great masher and stirrer! Then, I attempted to try a family recipe for strawberry rhubarb pie since that's Larry's favorite kind of pie! It turned out pretty well! 
I just love your cute little family! It's always so much fun when we get together!! James is such a sweet boy and I love his big smile!!!
ReplyDeleteOooohh I love strawberry picking. So good and it's great for kids, because they can sample while picking...although the heat isn't always fun. If you have some leftover, they freeze great, which is perfect for smoothies and stuff like that. Now i can't wait to go strawberry picking!
